The Semel Healthy Campus Initiative Center at UCLA & the MindWell team invites you to our annual Eudaimonia Awards 2024 Ceremony!

Kasley Killam, MPH, will receive a special Eudaimonia Award and share a keynote address about social connection. Killam is a leading expert in social health and author of The Art and Science of Connection: Why Social Health is the Missing Key to Living Longer, Healthier, and Happier. As a graduate of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, sought-after advisor and keynote speaker, and founder of Social Health Labs, Killam has been improving global well-being through connection for over a decade. Her collaborations with organizations like Google, the US Department of Health and Human Services, and the World Economic Forum contribute to building more socially healthy products, workplaces, and communities. Killam’s insights can be found in outlets such as the New York Times, Scientific American, Psychology Today, and Washington Post. Killam’s address will be followed by a Q&A session, and an award ceremony, during which we will learn about the work of UCLA Bruins who have reflected the ideals of Eudaimonia by living a life of purpose and meaning with commitment to the greater good.
