CAPS x Dashew Workshop: Coping with Racism & Xenophobia

This workshop is a collaboration between CAPS and Dashew Center, and will be presented by CAPS staff. Racism and xenophobia have unfortunately continued to rise and at times, it can feel incredibly overwhelming to deal with these racial threats and large systemic issues. In this presentation, Dr. Catherine Teotico will discuss the common reactions to racial threats, tools to help cope with these challenging situations, and resources to support you during these difficult times. *This workshop will take place virtually via Zoom.
