Leaders 2 Leaders: Strategic Planning for Network Success

Wed 1/26 • 5PM PST

Zoom

UCLA Alumni’s Leaders 2 Leaders Series aims to educate and empower our volunteer leaders through a peer-to-peer learning series. Each part of our series will feature speakers from various parts of campus or network leaders from our UCLA Alumni volunteer groups. These monthly, interactive sessions will provide case studies, plenty of time for Q&A and opportunities to connect with one another.

A strategic plan is a tool to define the goals and direction of a network which will help with decision making and resource allocation. A well thought out plan can help a network manage risk, take on new projects or bounce back during difficult times. Have you and your network leaders had a chance to sit down and discuss your “north star” for the year?

Join us to learn how to identify priorities and develop a strategic plan for your network to achieve its goals.

This event is designed for UCLA Alumni network leaders. If you have any questions about this event, please contact us at events@alumni.ucla.edu.
