We're excited to announce Bay Area Bruins' first daylong mindfulness retreat!

Mindfulness is defined as a state achieved by focusing our attention, on purpose, in the present moment.

Benefits of mindfulness include improved focus and attention, increased productivity and satisfaction, positive outlook and resilience, enhanced creativity, and reduced stress.

In this daylong retreat, you will experience a variety of mindfulness applications including mindful movement, body scan and breathing techniques, and learn how to bring mindfulness to your everyday life.

No prior experience required—you're welcome to join the retreat no matter how much or how little experience you have, and allow yourself time to relax, recharge, and enjoy inner peace and calm.
