Bay Area Bruins 5-Day Meditation Challenge

Join our meditation challenge, where you can practice scientifically-proven techniques to reduce stress and bring a sense of calm to your day, even in challenging times. To join the challenge, RSVP by 12pm PST on Friday, April 23. Once registered, you will receive a daily email between Monday, April 26, and Friday, April 30, with a link to each day’s meditation session. You will have 24 hours to access each meditation session before receiving the next meditation (and the previous meditation expiring.)
