Introduction to Mindfulness (Virtual Drop-In)

RISE is partnering with the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) to host mindfulness workshops during remote instruction.

Participants can join over zoom to learn an overview of mindfulness, how mindfulness can help with difficult emotions and thoughts, and how mindfulness can cultivate positive emotions.

No registration is required.
