Yoga Sessions on the Hill

On the Hill (Grass in front of Courtside, Sunset Village)

As part of our RISE: Self-Care Inside and Out series, these yoga sessions will include movement segments, discussions, reflection, and meditation. The goal is to connect students with their bodies and how stress or emotions reflect on their bodies.
