Stephen A. Johnson is an education entrepreneur, author, startup advisor, husband and father. A double Bruin and 2020 John Wooden Global Leadership Fellow, he is president of Anderson Black Alumni.

**AJ Addae**
_Panelist_
AJ Addae is a Ghanaian-American chemical biology Ph.D. graduate at the University of California, Los Angeles, and the founder of SULA LABS – a cosmetic laboratory that formulates and clinically tests products for beauty companies in retailers such as Sephora, Credo Beauty and Ulta Beauty. AJ is driven by her innate passion for using chemistry and clinical research as a means of change for the health of skin of color. SULA LABS was the co–grand prize winner of musician and entrepreneur Pharrell Williams’ Black Ambition Prize Competition for 2025.

Williams III has shaped the foundations of digital health innovation helping more than 3 million people use tech and data to achieve health outcomes by leveraging personal health information to improve healthcare decisions.
