Coping with Yoga (Virtual)

Coping with Yoga is a movement and meditation session where participants can talk and reflect on different topics like stress, boundaries, or joy while connecting those reflections to their bodies through simple rejuvenating yoga combinations that have a trauma-informed foundation. Yoga sessions are recorded and posted on the RISE Instagram at 4 pm on Mondays.
