Suicide Safe Training for Staff

This suicide prevention training includes step-by-step techniques to help a student at risk, life-promoting skills, and community resources. This training is appropriate for all members of the UCLA community, including campus partners, staff, faculty, and students who wish to better understand suicide and assist with its prevention outside of mental health settings. The Dialogue across Difference initiative is proud to offer “Deepening the Dialogue” Part 2 Skills Practice for Students. This interactive session will give you a chance to keep practicing the skills you learned in this workshop in conversation with other UCLA community members about the issues that matter most to you.
