Operation Smile Student Club at UCLA
Operation Smile is a private, non-profit organization that provides facial reconstructive surgery; more explicitly, children's cleft lip and cleft palate repair, in developing countries. The purpose for our chapter at UCLA is to increase the awareness of international medical needs throughout campus and the local communities. Our chapter provides opportunities for students from all academic fields to participate in various service projects to help raise funds for Operation Smile’s ambition of bringing a smile into the lives of children around the world.
