The Constitution of Imperial Valley Student Outreach and Leadership at the University of California, Los Angeles Article I - General Provisions 1. The name of this organization shall be the Imperial Valley Student Outreach and Leadership at UCLA. 2. The membership of this organization shall consist of any UCLA student, undergraduate or graduate. 3. For the purposes of this Constitution, a registered member is defined as one who attends 3 meetings and one event (if any) within one quarter and abides to all regulations stated within this document. 4. The financial records of this organization shall be made available to university administrators upon request. 5. The Imperial Valley Student Outreach and Leadership does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, handicap or age in any of its policies, procedures, or practices.
