Medicine and Art

Medicine and Art at UCLA strives to show the importance of creativity and interdisciplinary skills in healthcare and STEM. Our organization leads events where students can appreciate art (painting socials and museum visits) and showcase their talent at our annual art gallery alongside our diverse student body and medical students. Something special about Medicine and Art is that we use Art Therapy and wellness as a tool in Medicine by volunteering in the community and utilizing our artistic abilities for hospital patients. We have opportunities to volunteer with Art Cart and Musical Therapy at Ronald Reagan Medical Center. There is a space for everyone: dancers, musicians, painters, photographers, videographers, and more. Join us in creating a space for creativity as well as professional development.
