The Political Economy Lab
The Political Economy Lab is a PhD-student lead reading group/lab that aims to foster cross collaboration for PhDs interested in political economy (broadly defined). Although based at the Dept. of Political Science at UCLA, the reading group is open to students from Economics and other related fields/departments. During meetings, PhD students can be expected to discuss the latest literature in political economy and/or present some of their own original research. Original research that is still in its infancy is more than welcomed as we hope for this to be a testing ground for PhDs who are just embarking on their own research ideas.
