MindBody Collective at Ucla
MindBody Collective at Ucla is a student-led organization dedicated to integrating mental wellness and physical fitness. We provide a supportive space where students can prioritize their mental health through movement, mindfulness, and community. Our club offers engaging activities such as group workouts, guided meditation, stress-relief events, and expert-led discussions on mental resilience. By fostering a balance between mind and body, we empower students to take charge of their well-being and build lifelong healthy habits.
