	th various local elected officials and their offices. The goal is to build
	 stronger connections between the UCLA community and its elected represent
	atives\, while also educating students on the division of responsibilities
	 across different levels of government and how officials work together to 
	address critical issues. In addition to connecting with engaged student vo
	ters\, we hope this panel will provide elected representatives with an opp
	ortunity to highlight their policies\, showcase current initiatives\, and 
	build meaningful relationships with a younger generation eager to learn an
