De Neve Plaza Room
International Students and Scholars are invited join us for this informative and engaging event during International Education Week (IEW)! IEW is observed by universities and colleges throughout the country every fall, and is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide.
Dashew Center staff and other campus partners including Student Legal Services and Federal Relations will provide updates for the international community on Duration of Status, Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), advocacy efforts, and more. Attendees will then have the opportunity to mingle and socialize with fellow international students and scholars, as well as Dashew staff members to ask questions and share concerns. We hope that international students and scholars are able to continue to build community and find support through this event.
Registration is not required but is recommended. Light refreshments will be available.
