FREE Mindful Movement & Meditation Program for UCLA Staff, Faculty & Students

Reduce stress, laugh more, and recharge this summer through a fun and uplifting mindfulness program. Learn practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and support your well-being through meditation, breathing techniques, gentle movement, mindfulness practices, and relaxation strategies.

Sessions are just 30 minutes once a week during the lunch hour on Tuesdays or Thursdays from July 7th – July 30th. Attend either day, and access recordings through weekly emails if you miss a session.
