53rd Annual TA & Postdoc Teaching Conference

The TLC’s annual TA & Postdoc Teaching Conference offers opportunities for novice and experienced UCLA instructors to build a community of colleagues and develop their teaching toolkits. The day’s virtual sessions are filled with programs designed specifically for UCLA TAs and postdocs with varied levels of teaching experience, along with opportunities to network with fellow graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, and instructors. Participants will gain awareness of campus resources to support teaching development and sit in on flash talks by current UCLA graduate students and postdocs highlighting innovative teaching strategies they’ve used to tackle classroom challenges. An added bonus: attendees will also be enrolled in opportunity drawings and gain extra entries for every session they attend. View the full conference program for a glimpse of what’s planned.
